Curiosity is an innate part of all of us. At the Kalkaska Library, we seek to nurture that curiosity. Here you can discover new ideas, inspire one another, and grow to your greatest potential. With our wide spectrum of programming, we broaden minds young and old to reach beyond county lines, to bring the world closer to home. Let’s go exploring!

Below is a list of our current regularly scheduled programs.

BIKE LIBRARY SPONSORED BY NORTE

The Kalkaska County Library now has bikes available to loan to kids! Thanks to this wonderful program sponsored by Norte, young people can borrow a bike for as long as it fits them. Once they outgrow the bike, they can return it to the library and exchange for the next size up. Bikes are available in 12″, 16″, and 20″, and loans are on a six-month basis. Click here to learn more!
