Don’t miss the start of this year’s Summer Reading Program:
Adventure Begins at Your Library!
Join us on the Kalkaska Senior Center Lawn (303 S. Coral St) for a fun and exciting kickoff party to celebrate Summer Reading 2024!
Listen, dance, and participate in an engaging family-friendly musical performance by Guy Louis Sverlazza of Worlds of Music. Plus, get your book bag and key chain to participate in the program, and discover all the fun that awaits you this Summer!
Worlds of Music’s Classic Family and Kids Concerts use acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin and ukelele. Songs are drawn from all genres including Guy’s own songs, and each show is designed for the audience at hand. Hear classics like “Yellow Submarine”, “I’m a Believer”, “Your Momma Don’t Dance” and more that will bring all ages together. Guy will actively engage the young people the entire show, while playing music that will delight all ages.
Please note: If weather is poor, we will meet in the Birch St. Elementary Gym instead!
All Summer Reading events are free to attend, and all are welcome. We hope to see you there!
